Can Foundayo™ (orforglipron) be used in combination with other weight loss medications?

Use of orforglipron with other weight loss drugs has not been studied. Concomitant use with another glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) receptor agonist is not recommended.

Use of Weight Loss Medications

Orforglipron is a GLP-1 receptor agonist that binds to and activates the human GLP-1 receptor.1

Concomitant use with another GLP-1 receptor agonist is not recommended.1

The use of orforglipron in combination with other weight loss medications has not been studied in the weight management clinical trials.

Participants were excluded from participating in the orforglipron weight management clinical trials if they had used any weight loss drugs or alternative remedies, including herbal or nutritional supplements, within 180 days prior to screening.2,3

Furthermore, medications intended to promote weight loss, including prescribed, over the counter, or alternative remedies were prohibited throughout the study.2,4
