Can Foundayo™ (orforglipron) tablets be administered by methods other than swallowing the tablet whole?
Orforglipron tablets must be swallowed whole and should not be split, crushed, chewed, or dispersed. Lilly does not have information to support alternative routes of administration for orforglipron tablets.

Can Orforglipron Tablets be Crushed, Split, or Chewed?
Foundayo™ (orforglipron) tablets are not scored and should not be split or divided into smaller doses.1 Orforglipron tablets must be swallowed whole. Do not break, crush, or chew orforglipron tablets.2
Orforglipron relies on a specialized tablet formulation to improve solubility and absorption. Breaking or crushing the tablet can interfere with this formulation and may change how much drug is absorbed. Therefore, the tablets should not be split, crushed, chewed, or dispersed.1
Alternative administration routes, including feeding tube administration, are not recommended.1
