How long will Foundayo™ (orforglipron) be in the body after the last dose?
Orforglipron has an elimination half-life of approximately 29 to 49 hours after an oral dose. Once orforglipron is discontinued, it should be eliminated in approximately 6 to 10 days.

Orforglipron has an elimination half-life of approximately 29 to 49 hours after an oral dose.1
Considering that most drugs are effectively cleared after 4 to 5 half-lives, orforglipron should be eliminated from the body in approximately 6 to 10 days.2
