What if a patient only uses 1 pen or syringe (instead of the required 2 pens or syringes) for a maintenance dose of Omvoh™ (mirikizumab-mrkz)?
If a dose of Omvoh (mirikizumab) is missed, administer the dose as soon as possible. Thereafter, resume dosing every 4 weeks.

What if the Patient Has Only Injected 1 Prefilled Pen or 1 Prefilled Syringe for a Single Past Maintenance Dose?
The patient should resume scheduled maintenance dosing with 2 prefilled pens or 2 prefilled syringes every 4 weeks.1
