What is the guidance for a patient who only injected one Omvoh® (mirikizumab-mrkz) pen or syringe when 2 pens or syringes were needed for the full maintenance dose?
If a dose of mirikizumab is missed, administer the dose as soon as possible. Thereafter, resume dosing every 4 weeks.
