What should patients do if they miss a dose of Foundayo™ (orforglipron)?
If a dose is missed, take the dose as soon as possible. Do not double up the next dose. If 7 or more consecutive doses are missed, reinitiate dosage escalation at a lower dosage to reduce the risk of gastrointestinal adverse reactions.

How to Proceed if a Dose of Orforglipron Was Missed?
Take orforglipron orally once daily, with or without food.1
Swallow tablets whole. Do not break, crush, or chew.1
Do not take more than one tablet per day.1
If a dose is missed, instruct patients to take the dose as soon as possible. Advise patients not to double up the next dose.1
If 7 or more consecutive doses are missed, reinitiate dosage escalation at a lower dosage to reduce the risk of gastrointestinal adverse reactions.1

What Pharmacokinetic Information Is Relevant To Missed Doses?
Except in the food effect study, data were generated with the corresponding orforglipron investigational formulation.1
The elimination half-life is approximately 29 to 49 hours after an oral dose.1
Steady state exposure is achieved after approximately 1 week of once-daily administration.1
No clinically relevant food effect on orforglipron exposure was observed. Orforglipron can be taken with or without food.1
