マンジャロ（チルゼパチド）を重症胃不全麻痺等の重度の胃腸障害のある2型糖尿病患者へ投与する際の注意点は？
重度の胃腸障害のある患者に投与する場合は、胃腸障害の症状が悪化するおそれがあるため、慎重にご使用頂きますようお願いいたします。 チルゼパチドの第III相臨床試験では重度の胃内容排出異常がある患者は除外されていたため、重症胃不全麻痺等の重度の胃腸障害のある患者における有効性及び安全性は確認されておりません。
［解説］
重度の胃腸障害のある患者に投与する場合は、胃腸障害の症状が悪化するおそれがあるため、慎重にご使用頂きますようお願いいたします1）。
チルゼパチドの第III相臨床試験では重度の胃内容排出異常がある患者は除外されていたため、重症胃不全麻痺等の重度の胃腸障害のある患者における有効性及び安全性は確認されておりません2）～8）。
