The Alzheimer’s disease patient case simulations provide you with insights into the detection, diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring of patients with Alzheimer’s disease.

During the patient simulations, you will get to know Maria, a 72-year-old Hispanic woman who has had difficulty remembering dates and events, and has had problems finding words. You will also meet Beverly, a 79-year-old Black woman whose daughter noticed her increasing difficulties with memory, particularly around financial matters.

Each patient simulation is divided into 2 main stages:

• Detect & Diagnose and Treat & Monitor
• Each stage has 2 subsections for you to explore in the simulation
• You can follow the program sequentially, starting with Detect & Diagnose, or go directly to the Treat & Monitor simulation.
